Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LumeFlux, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LumeFlux.

2. The service

LumeFlux provides AI-assisted tools for planning, scripting, producing, and publishing YouTube videos. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others, use the service to impersonate others, or create accounts in an automated fashion. You must be at least 16 years old to use LumeFlux.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LumeFlux to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, hateful, or violates any law.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Scrape or extract data from the platform via automated means.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the service.
• Circumvent credit limits, paywalls, or other access controls.

5. Credits and billing

Credits are consumed when you use AI tools. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another account.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days after your purchase to withdraw from it. Because credits give you immediate access to the service, you agree when you buy them that we may start straight away, and you accept that the withdrawal right no longer applies to credits you have already spent. Credits you have not spent are refunded in full within those 14 days — email info@lumeflux.io and we will refund them to your original payment method.

Your plan adds its monthly credit allowance to your balance at the start of each billing cycle. Subscription credits you do not use carry over to the next cycle instead of expiring. Subscription credits accumulate up to a maximum of 3 times your plan's monthly allowance. An allowance is added only up to that maximum; the part that would exceed it is not granted, is not stored for later, and is not paid out in any other form.

One-time top-up credits are a separate balance. They do not expire, the start of a billing cycle does not affect them, and they are not counted towards the maximum described above. Credits are spent from your subscription balance first, so top-up credits are used only once your subscription balance is empty.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date via the billing portal. When a subscription ends, whether by cancellation, non-payment, or downgrade, no further allowance is granted. The subscription credits and top-up credits already in your account stay available for as long as the account exists, and are lost when the account is closed or terminated under section 9.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you input into LumeFlux (niches, scripts, brand assets). You grant LumeFlux a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Videos you generate may include background music and sound effects from our library. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use those tracks as part of the video they were generated into, including commercially. That licence does not let you distribute or resell the music or sound effects on their own.

7. AI-generated content

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it. LumeFlux makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or originality of AI outputs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumeFlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing info@lumeflux.io, and we will delete it and the content in it. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
